Video plays a crucial role in enhancing the experience of onsite events. At ServiceNow, we meticulously craft bumpers, video graphics, and event-specific motion for each event. These videos and motion graphics are carefully designed to reflect the visual language of the event and are executed in a sophisticated and polished manner. The production of these motion graphics involves the collaboration of numerous talented individuals, and it all begins with a spark of creativity. Take a moment to explore our work!


We used the same graphic from the Sales Conference but updated it for the User Conference to maintain brand consistency throughout the year. The image shows the process I developed to provide to the motion graphics team. With their expertise, we created an impressive intro.


Here's an example of a successful bumper. This animation was used consistently throughout the campaign, appearing on video screens at all venues and in offices worldwide. We also utilized it on our websites to promote new product launches.    


The theme of the sales conference was truly original. Our team collaborated with Illustrator Travis Colburn to create unique 2D racing-themed illustrations to energize the sales team's annual goals. These illustrations were then animated, integrating live action, and were accompanied by a unique energy drink commercial. We also distributed packaging featuring these illustrations at the conference.


Here's another successful example of a bumper. We used these animations throughout the conference to incorporate color, excitement, movement, and wayfinding. Additionally, this bumper played with music at the conference opening.


Here is an example of a commercial for the Turbo Charge energy drink that we created. Our internal team had a great time not only acting in this commercial, but also distributing these drinks at the event and beyond. We sold out in minutes. Good times!
